The new restaurant, Canal Street Café, will offer classic fare in an environment that pays homage to Milwaukee.īreakfast dishes, served 7 to 11 a.m., will include eggs benedict ($10.95), biscuits and gravy ($8.95), huevos rancheros ($9.95) and steak and eggs ($15.95), along with omelettes, pancakes and waffles. On July 18, Milwaukee will have its first chance to taste the brand new concept that replaces the now-shuttered Locavore at Potawatomi Hotel and Casino.
